July 9th. farm and crop update,
Back to normal start time of 8am.
There are a lot of high quality red and black raspberries available for picking. This will be the last week for the summer raspberries. We have one short row of green beans ready for picking. We also have Asian style eggplant, some zucchini, a few cucumbers and broccolini. Hot peppers may start this weekend and bell peppers next week. Not sure when the tomatoes will start.
Blueberry patch will be open Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday this week. All rows are open for picking.
Sunflowers have started but are limited. This year I expanded the selection. Common yellow ones and and fancy ones. The common yellow are up by the road and one is free to each person that visits the farm. The fancy ones are at the ends of the pepper rows and are reasonably priced. You may want to bring your own pruners. I haven’t set any up by the flowers yet.

We're a U-pick berry and vegetable farm. We grow red and black raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, tomatoes, peppers, beans, zucchini, cucumbers and flowers.
Thank you,
Tod Winkel
